1 RADFAC 2010 is the fifth edition of a RADECS thematic day aiming to get an overview of on-going academic research in the field of radiation effects on circuits and systems. PhD students are invited to present their work during this informal meeting that aims to provide a snapshot of research works in progress in the different domains of the RADECS community. For PhD students, it is an unique opportunity to get a direct feedback from the community, to establish interesting contacts for scientific collaborations and for their professional future Registration deadline : March 20th Presentation submission deadline : March 25th This edition will take place in Montpellier at the CNRS regional delegation, RADFAC2010 March 26th 2010
