1 Northeast Region By: Abby, Cassie, and Brianna

2 Geography -They have oceans, lakes, mountains. -There are cities surrounded by water and beaches. - People visit from all around the world in the northeast to view its beautiful scenery especially Maine because they have rocky coastlines and waterfalls are common like bash fish falls also

3 Geography 2 - Hamilton falls is in Vermont.

4 Climate - Cooler than here in the fall. -Warmer than here in the summer. -Snows more than here in the winter. -Windy in the spring.

5 Industry - There are doctor's to help. -There are teachers to help kids learn. -There are taxi drivers to drive people to there destination. - There are chefs to cook for people

6 Culture - They have immigrants from Germany, Italy, and Poland. -They have artistic traditions. -They have native Americans and Indians. - Many people from Russia came to the Northeast.

7 Attractions - Niagara Falls passes 750,000 gallons of water each second. -Acadia National park has mountains, lakes, rivers, islands and costal beaches. -The statue of Liberty represents our freedom. -The New York Stock Exchange, in 1792 24 people met under to explore and to trade stocks.

8 Fun Facts -Rode island is the smallest state in the U.S.A. -You can ride boats because there are city's surrounded by water. -New York and Canada border the Niagara Falls. -Settlers came to the Northeast and built many of our nations oldest towers here.
