9.  The policy is sponsored by the Office of Institutional Equity.  The majority of the group who drafted the policy is made up of web designers.  The standards for the policy are based on Section 508.  The policy contains milestones to help with compliance.  The group who drafted the policy is now working on informing web designers, answering questions, and providing training.

10.  By July 1 -- All legacy web pages must indicate in plain text a method of contact for users with disabilities having trouble accessing content within the site.  April 1 – 25 % of pages should comply with the policies guidelines. An additional 25% must comply each succeeding year.
