4 4 Field Observations  Based on quantitative field observation method in (Baker et al, 2004; Rodrigo et al, 2007)  Students used the software in groups of 10, one computer per student  Two coders observed each student for 20 seconds, moved on to the next student, circled back to the first student  Observers were synchronized by a common timekeeper
