1 I will only display one screen at a time and will try to wait until everyone completes each task. If the pace is slow, you should experiment with other HTML features. OBJECTIVE: Re-learn the correct way to create a website. It will be uploaded to the server, but will not be graded.

2 Prepare to create a website Create a folder in the Data Files folder and name it “WebsiteReview” Q: What are the rules for naming files and folders

3 Start the first page Name the file index.htm Title is “United States Constitution” Q: Why “index.htm” as the name? How does the file behave as a result?

4 Type text on the page H1Type “US Constitution” H2Type “Preamble” P Type the Preamble We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

7 Copy/Paste Article III Add H2, H3, and P tags
