2 What is i –cash card? About 7-Eleven i- cash card… It is a card issued by 7-Eleven. It is a new consuming type. Customers can prepay and save the money by use i- cash. Besides, customers will have sale price of some special goods.

3 Strengths: 1. Strengthening the source and raising the loyalty of the customers. 2. Lowering the risk of putting cash in the till.

4 3. The 7-11 has the advantage of being the convenient store with the highest density of retail stores in Taiwan. 4. Preparing to promote E- commerce in the future.

5 Weaknesses: 1. Increasing the cost of advertisement. 2. It must increase the cost of the sale promotion activity. 3. To suit I-cash, a new consuming system needs to build.

6 Advertisement: iCash

7 Opportunities : 1. I-cash is a kind of “Electronic money”. Consumers can buy things by using I-cash even if they don’t bring cash. 2. Consumers will get a special price when they buy the particular products.

8 3. 7-11 supplies many different types of I-cash cards to consumers to choose. In addition, you can design it by yourselves. And for 7-11, it will bring much more business opportunity.

9 4. Out of all the same careers, 7- 11 is the first one that extrudes this new consuming style. 5. The suitable promotion stratagems will be used to match the customer groups using I-cash.

10 Threats: 1. I-cash cards may be used by other people illegally. 2. Customers probably don’t bear the risk like damaged documents can’t be used anymore.

11 3. There might be some customers who are not used to this type of consuming, and not yet willing to try nor accept. 4. I-cash card can only be used in 7-11 at the moment.

12 Conclusion: According to SWOT analysis from the above, we will find that the advantages are more than weaknesses. The cost of I- cash cards is low, and it will not give too much pressure to Tung-ion business. In addition, it will bring much more business opportunity. So, we know “I- cash” is a successful product.
