30 SUMMARY New split operator method predicts existence of non-dispersing wave packets in magnetic field for arbitrary slowly-varying potential in 2D Significant corrections are needed for equilibrium points in rotating frame Langmuir states stabilize in magnetic and CP fields (both fields are needed !) Quantum dot configurations stabilize in magnetic and CP fields (both fields are needed !) Confirmed in Hartree-Fock grid 2D simulations in Hartree limit Possible future research: Complex Wigner molecules in rotating frames within Hartree-Fock approximation (Langmuir states - electronic H2-like molecules which must rotate to exist)
