3 Curriculum Characteristics  The first two years focus on the basic principles and core aspects of information engineering on three streams: (1) Mathematics and Communications; (2) Computer Systems and Programming; (3) Computer Networking.  In the third year, students are allowed to specialize in different areas of interest for career preparation.
