Website User will type in a URL address on the cell phone that will direct them to the website to retrieve winning numbers Site will be running 24 hours a day, seven days a week Users will be able to retrieve the winning numbers from the website

Website (cont). The website will have a calculator to project how much money you would win if you opted for the one lump sum payment or the 30 year plan Contact us for help or any questions user may have about the site

Administrator The only person that can add, update, and delete to the Microsoft Access database Will be provided with a user id and password Will add winning numbers at least 2-3 minutes from the drawing There will be 2 administrators, one on call

Retrieval of lottery numbers from cell phone Wireless cell phone with WAP Browser and connection Web Server that supports the ASP.Net, WML MIME types, and Microsoft Access Back up Server running in another facility that supports ASP.NET, WML mime types, and Microsoft Access ASP.NET embedded with WML will be used to view the data through the cell phone browser
