To provide high quality nursing services, it is essential to provide well- qualified nursing leadership key leadership position is the first-line nursing manager. 3

We have unstable situation that requires change to occur rapidly. This change demands flexibility, intelligence, and new leadership expertise 4

To improve care it require the institutions to focus on consumer satisfaction in addition to the quality of clinical outcome. 5

Our hospitals is managed by industrial models of management. Professional nurses must be given accountability and authority for pt care. 6

Dr. Abdalkarim Radwan16 MANAGER NEEDS THREE TYPES OF SKLLS 1) Technical skills: Involve methods, procedures, techniques & knowledge of work being performed. 2) Human relations skills, ability to motivate and lead others and to manage conflict. 3) Conceptual skills require analytical thinking and being able to perceive trends of the organization.
