1. SeusEX – Adjustment Software for EVR DATA

2. ＊Seus EX is the new adjustment software for EVR data,
and is compatible with HDR-UX1/SR1.
＊ Need Hasp Key to use Seus EX as same as Seus.
＊ There is no compatibility with Seus and SeusCam.
＊Seus EX has the time limitation, and can be downloaded
from our ESI site updated on regular basis.
＊Installation procedure is also the same as Seus.

3. Connection for Camcorder and SeusEX（In case of HDR-UX1）
1. Install SeusEX to PC.
　　Install method is the same as Seus.
2. Install HASP driver.
　Renew HASP driver to the latest Ver4.99.
　Execute “Start Menu” “Seus” “Hasp Installer”.
　** Do not forget to remove HASP key when install the driver.

4. 3. Connect via USB with camcorder and PC.
1. Power on the unit and connect PC with USB cable.
2. Select MS connection when “USB select” screen appears.
3. Automatically start “Found New Hardware Wizard”, and be recognized
as “USB Mass Storage Device”.

5. 4. Change USB driver to Seus Driver.
　(Use same USB driver as Seus for DSC series.)
Open “Controll Panel” “System” “Device Manager”, select “ USB
Mass Storage Device” after connecting HDR-UX1, and execute Driver update.

6. 2. Select “Install from a list or
specific location, and click “Next”.
3. Select “Don’t search. I will
Choose…, and click “Next”.

7. 4-3. Select “Have Disk…”.
4-4. Select SeusDriver from Browse menu
　Existing Place: C:\Program Files\Sony\Seus Ver1.0\SeusDriver\WindowsXP\SeusUsb.INF

8. 5. Connect HASP key and start up SeusEX from program menu.
4-5. Complete Seus Driver installation.
4-6. Open“device manager”, and
check if has changed to “SONY Seus
USB Driver”.
5. Connect HASP key and start up SeusEX from program menu.
