22 ELV Recycling – case study Specialist high volume depollution equipment pre-treat vehicles received directly from local authorities, insurance companies, and the public. Hazardous waste items are removed and any fluid leaks contained. Vehicle transferred to a covered depollution building removal of waste products for recycling. After the depollution, the vehicle enters vehicle crusher and the compressed bails are then sent to steel mills for recycling.
