2 Rule #1 You’re the driver of your bus!
Did you know? More people die on Monday morning at 9 am. Than any other time. If you’re not happy with what you do in life, you don’t want to go and you don’t want to be involved. Does the same hold true for things you do in your chapter ? Is it the same over and over?

3 So lets get started. This is your energy bus. You’re the driver. Did you know you can take your bus anywhere you want to go? Say “YES” three times with me. “YES, YES, YES” You can take it to meetings, the club, or even the North Pole. Just say where you want to go and believe that it will be so.

4 Because every journey and ride begins with a desire to go somewhere and do something and if you have a desire then you also have the power to make it happen. That’s What a Leader is!

5 Rule #2 Fuel Your Ride with Positive Energy DESIRE……. VISION….. FOCUS… Positive Energy=High Octane

6 Its All about ENERGY! The Universe is made of energy. Remember Einstein taught us that E=mc2 All you need is “energy of thought”! Then you need to bring it to your group.

7 Fuel Your Ride with Positive Energy!
Rule #3 Fuel Your Ride with Positive Energy!

8 "A woman is sixteen times more effectively intelligent and more sensitive than a man, and she can handle all walks of intelligence better than any man. Man is given the physical, and woman is given the intelligence to balance it out." -- Yogi Bhajan Ever Wondered? How a woman's brain works. Well, it's finally explained here, in one easy-to-understand flow chart.

9 Positive versus Negative Thoughts
Positive Thoughts What don’t I want to do or have happen? Complain-when you complain you have more to complain about. What is important and what do I want to see happening? Focus on your vision. Point out the good parts of your topic. We’re Winners, Not Whiners!

10 Invite People on Your Bus and Share Your Vision for the Road Ahead.
Rule #4 Invite People on Your Bus and Share Your Vision for the Road Ahead. We often invite new members to join our chapters, but do we share with them the vision of the chapter and what their role or contribution might be?

11 Don’t Waste Your Energy on Those Who Don’t Get on Your Bus.
Rule #5 Don’t Waste Your Energy on Those Who Don’t Get on Your Bus. Friends that aren’t interested after being asked several times. A Chapter member that doesn’t feel they can participate in that project because of interest, time, or ability.

12 Rule #6 Post a Sign That Says: “NO ENERGY VAMPIRES ALLOWED ON YOUR BUS” Don’t let negativity come into the planning process.

13 Personal Goal Sparked with Positive Energy
Take a moment and think of a personal goal you can make for yourself based on Desire, Vision, and Focus. The goal is not to be better than anyone else, but rather be better than you were yesterday. Share with your table.

14 Personal Goal for you Within Your Chapter
Take another moment to think about a personal goal you would make for yourself as part of your chapter….or part of Florida ESA or beyond. Share this goal with others at your table.

15 Rule #7 Enthusiasm Attract More Passengers and Energizes Them During the Ride When you’re enthusiastic, people say: “Hey, I want to get on that bus.”

16 Letting them share their gifts and strengths is real LOVE!
Rule #8 Love Your Passengers!!!! Realize that there is value inside of every member. Help them develop their strengths and allow them to do what they do best. Letting them share their gifts and strengths is real LOVE!

17 Five Ways to Love Your Passengers
Make Time for Them. Listen to Them. Recognize them. Serve Them. Bring Out the Best in Them.
