Minds on -Matching In general:  Project based learning allows students to pursue a topic of interest that may be set by the teacher or themselves  Problem based learning begins with teacher direction (poses a problem) and students learn by either independently, or in teams, solving that problem  Inquiry based learning usually begins by a question that the student initiates or a provocation set by the teacher  Research is more about gathering, sorting and analysing information
