Scan it all and call it Scanned Project Unique Application Number (ie scanned 04 Marin County 05) 3. Get the disk or jump drive that you already put the “live” Part A (example named 04 Marin County 05) on 4. Put “Scanned 04 Marin County 05” on the disk or jump drive 5.
