EYFS – If a child transfers schools then the schools involved should agree which school will submit the data. This will usually be the school where the child is registered at the point when data is submitted. (Based on 2014 procedure)
Phonics (Y1 & Y2) The test is administered any time in the week commencing 15th June. If a child transfers schools in that week then (by implication) the schools involved should check if the test has already been administered. The school doing the check should submit the data.

KS2 ARA Section 10.4: The school where the child was enrolled during test week must submit teacher assessment
