Made from wood chips, shavings, or sawdust Also known as chipboard Has Layers Made from thin layers of wood Can be made from different trees

Fine particles of wood Made by using a saw or using sandpaper Soft and grainy Can be used to make particleboard Larger, thinner particles Can be used to make particleboard Wood shavings are made by screening out the sawdust
