10 Past Performance 1999 West African Examination Council moved 350 tons by air of examination papers to 170 sites within Nigeria. Chartered two Antonov 124 Cargo Aircraft from Vancouver to Port Harcourt for two production units for Shell via subcontrator Expro North Sea Moved three barges by sea to moorings off Warri and supplied refurbishment material 135 tons on chartered B747 and IL76 door to door. For Seaweld Engineering at Eket Contract signed to move all material to Eket in Eastern Nigeria both sea and air for Seaweld Engineering. Contract signed to supply door to door services to Equipment Supply Corporation for air and sea cargoes, 3 year extendable contract. Produces 300 tons a year to Nigeria by air and 150 20ft containers

11 Past Performance 2000 Carried 450 tons of Examination Papers as security cargo cleared and delivered to 720 sites within Nigeria over a 45 day period for daily examinations. Nigerian Examination Council Re Contracted for the West African Exam Council again on 140 tons of papers and delivery to 120 sites in Nigeria Contracted to move USD 2.5 million of radio and RF Telecommunications equipment from USA to Nigeria and deliver to site. 19 tons of volumetric cargo on two B707 aircraft again door to door. Comdev Inc. P.W.Overseas of Eire - 2750 tons of earth moving equipment moved ex Turkey and UK to sites across Nigeria. Elf Petroleum - Contracted to move all of the Singapore origin air and sea traffic into Port Harcourt ex Vetco Gray and Halliburton Brown and Root.

12 Past Performance 2001 Currently contracted to move telecommunications towers for the new GSM Mobile telecommunications system. Five year project which involves movements of cargo from Dubai, Singapore and UK into Nigeria at the rate of 5 towers a month building to 20 towers a month within a year. Each tower is 1 x 20ft container and 5500 kilos of airfreight. Contracted by Alan Dick and Company of UK Security paperwork for National Identity Card - 36 x 20 ft containers and 950 tons of aircargo in B747 charters to move in June and July 2001. Re Contracted for 3rd Year in succession Nigerian Examination Council contract for 450 tons of airfreight in June and July 2001. Elf contract for Port Harcourt extended to end of 2001

13 Current Developments 2002 / 2003 In 2002 DanTrans Nigeria opened a new 5000 sq metre bonded warehouse in Lagos to provide clients with access to full bonded and distribution facilities. The facility is also the headquarters of the company and provides container station operations along with a 2 acre laydown yard. In 2003 the company added a new Kalmar container reach stacker to increase utilisation of the container stacking area. The company now offers low lowder and heavy lift facilities at both Lagos and Port Harcourt for major project business.
