14 14 FP5 eGovt R&D projects E-POWER European Programme for an Ontology based Working Environment for Regulations and Legislation E-POWER developed a method and supporting tools to translate legislation and other regulations into executable (formal) specifications. Based upon industrial standards like Catalysis and UML/OCL. The translation process is supported by natural language processing (NLP).
