Admission: NSC with at least 30% in the language of teaching & learning HC in Banking (98225) HC in Tourism (98226) HC in Marketing (98229) Admission: NSC with at least 30% in the language of teaching & learning; and with at least 30% in Mathematics or 50% in Mathematical Literacy

5 Important Note CEMS Higher Certificate 98237
Under no circumstances can degree modules be registered for 98237 (No overrides)

6 DIPLOMAS NSC with at least 50% in the language of teaching & learning; and with at least 50% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy

7 BACHELOR DEGREES Admission: NSC with at least 50% in the language of teaching & learning; and with at least 60% in Mathematics or 80% in Mathematical Literacy 3 Year Bachelors degrees 4 Year Foundation degrees (“Drop-a-symbol”)

BBA students could select elective modules from CEMS or other Colleges Students who were incorrectly registered for in 2012 and 2013 due to the discrepancies in the rules & curriculum will retain credits for elective modules selected from CEMS and such cases must be condoned

registered as the system does not read them as equivalents for the phased out modules

25 GENERAL When evaluating Postgraduate qualifications
refer to “CEMS interpretation of admission requirements to Honours Degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas” Check accreditation of tertiary institutions (E.g. SAQA or the Register of Private Higher Education Institutions)
