2 "The Strategic Planning for Autism in Europe: Past, Present and Perspectives". What is eapha ? eapha is the European Autism Public Health Alliance of stakeholders working to create a European public health plan for autism. Vision eapha aims to transform the lives of persons with autism, their families and carers by providing a plan of action and an ongoing forum for parents’ organisations, academic institutions and public health agencies to share knowledge, experience and skills and to promote advocacy for the needs of people with autism. Mission eapha’s mission is to design and promote a public health planning framework in order to achieve the long term vision of transforming the lives of persons with autism, their families and carers in Europe.
