For projects that receive federal funding (FAA), a DBE goal is identified (typically ranging from 0% – 25% of the project) DBEs/ACDBEs receive information on up-coming contracting and bid opportunities Only firms certified as a DBE by a Florida UCP agency can meet the DBE goals 10
