7  We need as many schools as possible to attest … numbers do matter  There is a list of ~150 schools divided into 3 tiers  31 in Tier 1  87 in Tier 2  38 in Tier 3  We need to receive attestations from ~2/3 of the schools in each tier by 1 st week of May 5/23/2015© 2011 Larry Snyder, CSE7
