8 UNCLASSIFIED 8 Currently Offer Courses to Train a “Jopester”: –JOPES Personnel Support Course (JPSC) –JOPES Action Officer Course (JAOC) –JOPES Functional Manager (JOPES FM) JROCM requires the Tracking of the JOPES Skill set –Differs by Service – No Joint Personnel Repository –Initiating capability with Doctrine and Education Group (DEG) and Joint Knowledge Development and Distribution Capability (JKDDC) to centralize a database repository for Joint Training. –Enabling use of Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) to assist with Service and DoD getting training information. Common use system for DAU to post Training Certificates. All Services pull information from ATRRS for DAU information. JDTC Customer Relationships

14 UNCLASSIFIED 14 A JDTC Team will visit COCOMs and USJFCOM Components to review their Joint Table of Distribution (JTD), Joint Table of Mobility Distribution (JTMD), and their Joint Task Force – Joint Manning Documents (JTF-JMD). –Understand how billets are shown by service, designator and skill set identifier. Assist with determination of their roles, education, training, and experience to fill positions. –Review the Sourcing process to obtain fills (JTD, JTMD, and JTF- JMD). –Review all Personnel Policy documents for modifications. –Determine if creation of a Joint Designator is required. –Provide recommended changes to JS J1 and JS J3 on requesting the right service skill set for filling critical JOPES billets. –Use findings to assist in the tracking of GCCS-J trained personnel.
