7 Author 1 Title Author 2 Title The Children and young people panel –The Story so far………….  The Panel was set up 7 years ago  Set up by Children and Young People who were coming into Hospital on a regular basis, facilitated by Liaison Nurse.  Aims of Panel…….to give Children and Young People in Hospital the opportunity to get their voices heard on issues that effect them.

8 Author 1 Title Author 2 Title The story so far………  Commitment of facilitator was to “LISTEN” to what Children were saying about Issues affecting them in Hospital, then support Children to Raise those Issues through Management structure.  The opportunity to participate and be listened to is a fundamental right under the United Nations Convention Rights of the Child.

It needs to be RELEVANT, EASY TO UNDERSTAND, IMPORTANT, EASY TO COMPLETE!
