2 Introduction Credit risk → Collection management Collection management models (CMM) of Banca Intesa Belgrade and Erste bank Novi Sad; in period of 2010 to 2013 CMM model consists of: Aims, Organization, Arhitecture, Instruments, Control and monitoring within the model. H0: Good collection management model provides satisfactory level of NPL and profitability of the bank.

5 Conclusion H0 is confirmed. Both CMM are good because, they provide satisfactory level of NPL and profitability of banks. BI and EB had better results in managing credit risk than Serbian banking sector in the period of 2010 to 2013.
