(Surveys; Internet, Encarta, magazines, brochures, newspapers, books; people, e-mails, SMSs, telephone calls, etc. For survey you should have at least 5 questions given to at least 20 people. 2.Collect all that information, make it available to see, have the evidence of the data collected. Make summaries, highlight sections, etc. 3.Check and prove that all the information is correct and trustworthy and up to date. Type this up. 4.Keep the BIG question in focus
