Why We Exist: ◦ We are the people who are responsible for the smooth working of all our s/w’s including our ERP (Ctrack and Finance) in Nitco family. ◦ We Provide management with the required MIS’s so that the management can take the valuable decisions based on this data. ◦ We build customized softwares which our company needs eg: IDCard s/w, Attendance, RMS, scanning etc.

Responsibilities: ◦ To make sure that all our s/w’s are working smoothly. This includes solving bugs or problems that may occur to the user while accessing the s/w. ◦ Identify any manual work and replicate that into computerized working which in turns enhances the accuracy, efficiency and productivity. ◦ Data Management: This includes transfer of data from clients to server, management of data in server and presentation of data to the user. ◦ Generation of crores data, recovery data and all other important reports.

Objectives: ◦ Upgrading our ERP to realtime. ◦ Generation of Company’s Balance Sheet, Master trial, trial etc though s/w’s. ◦ Develop user friendly s/w’s, User Guides/Documentation of s/w’s. ◦ Data accuracy and Data security. ◦ Learning and implementing new technologies. Dead Lines: ◦ Generation of reports (Recovery/Service Tax/Crores Data/Balance Scorecard etc.) in the first week of every month. ◦ Our priority is to complete all the phases of the s/w into a given time span which includes analysis, testing and implementation.

Crores Card: Developed and implemented in the Fast Track. ID Card Software: Designed the software for D2D and HBET. Freezing of challans and its accounting.
