2. Language Screen In the language screen there are the 10 most commonly spoken languages. The computer tells the user that it is voice activated. The user is given the choice to swipe their card. They can also pick a language. The computer then lists the different languages. The computer says the languages in the actual language. Ex. Spanish is Espanol. The user then selects the language by speaking or touching the screen.

3. Welcome Screen The computer then asks the user to swipe their bank card. If they had already swiped their card from the language screen, it automatically lets you enter the PIN #. Once the user finishes, the computer then lets the user see the next step which is to enter their PIN #. Once finished, the user then can select whether they want to withdraw, transfer, or check. By every step there is a checkbox to notify the user if they have completed the step.

4. Swipe Again Screen This screen is going to appear only when the machine was not able to read your card. All you have to do is swipe your card again, but swipe it slower this time. Or swipe it with the magnetic strip at the right position. After you do this, you will get detailed information of what to do next.

5. Invalid Pin # Screen This screen pops up when the user types in the wrong pin number. This screen will stay there for as long as it takes for the user to type/say the correct PIN #. Once the user types/says the correct PIN #, the screen will automatically switch back to the Welcome Screen with the Enter Your PIN # step completed.

6. Withdraw Screen The user is brought to the withdrawal amount screen. The user is given the choice to go back in case they made a mistake or they entered the wrong amount. The user is given their balance on the withdrawal screen. The user then enters the amount of money to withdraw.

7. Transfer Screen If the user selects transfer, the transfer screen pops up. The screen shows the amount of money of both the user’s checking, savings account, or various other accounts. The user selects one account, then another account. This shows what account they want to transfer to and from. They then enter the amount of money they want to withdraw. The user is given the choice to go back in case of a mistake.

8. Insufficient Funds Screen This screen will appear whenever you don’t have enough money to withdraw or transfer from your account. This screen will stay until the user presses the back button. The user is then automatically transferred to their previous screen.

9. Check Screen If the user selects to check, they are sent to the check screen. In the check screen they have the checking’s account and the saving’s account and any other accounts they have. The user is able to pick the account. The balance is not automatically shown because the user might be paranoid. They are also get the chance to go back in case of a mistake.

10. Thank You Screen If all the transactions are correct, the thank you screen will appear and will stay until the user walks away. The thank you screen will then disappear and the S.M.A.T.E. screen will come up.

11. General Instructions Almost every screen (and the number pad), will have a backspace button so you can go back one screen, or to delete text. When error screens appear, the error screen will go back to the screen where the user made the error. Between every transaction of money screen (withdraw/transfer), there is a confirmation screen. The user then selects whether to continue the transaction or cancel and change the amount of money.
