Before you start: In older versions of PowerPoint: Open PowerPoint Click Tools Click Options Click Security Tag Click Macro Security Select Medium Close and re-open PowerPoint (you wont have to do any of that again) In newer versions of PowerPoint: Just tick the security options when prompted to allow external content including macros.
