Conflict resolution is a range of methods for eliminating sources of conflict.
Conflict is any type of opposition.
Resolving conflict in a peaceful and nonviolent way should be the goal of both parties involved in conflict.

4. Brainstorm
Get into a group of three and brainstorm ways to resolve conflict without violence.
Attempt to create a list of five ways to eliminate or resolve conflict.
