7  Types of Difficult Questions  Standard How would you describe your work style Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?  Problem Solving How would you handle this client? Answer based on your knowledge level and experience If you don’t know something indicate that you know where to find the answers  Illegal Questions Age, Marital status Birthplace, Religion Spouse’s Occupation

8  Be certain of what you want in a position  How much call or overtime is expected?  Do you want to see only particular types of clients?  Is there training/orientation for new employees  What else can I tell you about my qualifications?  Use your knowledge of position to generate questions & ask!  Lastly; When will I hear back?
