15 Issues Raised by Musicians & Record Companies Educating Potential Artists on Broadcast Quality Educating Potential Artists on Broadcast Quality –this should be a joint initiative by record companies and broadcasters; & –public awareness of this initiative can be raised by means of adverts or service announcements. Using Public & Community Radio to Unearth Talent Using Public & Community Radio to Unearth Talent –public & community stations should be utilised to unearth talent in the communities served by the stations. These artists can then be passed on to record companies.
