Students explore their interests and careers while in high school in addition to normal graduation requirement classes. Programs naturally emphasize core academic subjects within a real- world, career context. Students develop both technical skills and employability skills related to a career area. Students learn by doing through hands-on activities and experiences that compliment their academic classes Students develop Employability Skills and develop job-specific ACADEMIC and technical skills, interpersonal skills and work ethics. 8 Architectural Drafting The purpose of this program is to prepare students for employment in the architectural drafting industry. Students have an Opportunity for industry certification as Certified Apprentice Drafter. Architectural Drafting Students gain experience in: Multi-view drawings, sectional drawings, auxiliary drawings, dimensioning, pictorial drawings, surface development, architectural drawings, civil drawings, and electrical drawings Drafting functions, entrepreneurship, communication skills, employability skills and human relations skills. Design and Build Gingerbread Houses Design and Build Restaurants and sets for the Annual Tasting Gala and more..

9 Laboratory Activities Are an integral part of this program. These activities include instruction in the use of safety procedures, tools, equipment, materials, and processes related to these occupations.

12 Digital Design Academy The purpose of this program is to prepare students for employment in the graphic design industry. Students have an Opportunity for industry certification as Adobe Certified Associates Digital Design Students gain practical experiences in: computer generated art and text, graphic design, graphic production, electronic design skills, preparation of electronic layouts and illustrations, electronic scanning and development of specialized skills in multimedia presentations.
