3. What is YİTAK (Ankara Consortium for New Job Experiences) YITAK is a consortium that is financed by European Union under Erasmus+ Program. The coordinator of this consortium is Ankara Chamber of Commerce and it has 12 Universities as members. This consortium is aiming to send students from these 12 Universities to host organizations in EU. The total Internship period is calculated for 594 Month/Intern.

4. Erasmus+ is the EU Programme in the fields of education, training, youth and sport for the period 2014-2020. It will seek to address the following challenges. The Erasmus+ programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernising Education, Training, and Youth work. The seven year programme will have a budget of €14.7 billion; a 40% increase compared to current spending levels, reflecting the EU's commitment to investing in these areas. Erasmus+ will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, gain work experience and volunteer abroad. What is Erasmus+ ?

Erasmus+ will support transnational partnerships among Education, Training, and Youth institutions and organisations to foster cooperation and bridge the worlds of Education and work in order to tackle the skills gaps we are facing in Europe. It will also support national efforts to modernise Education, Training, and Youth systems. In the field of Sport, there will be support for grassroots projects and cross-border challenges such as combating match-fixing, doping, violence and racism. Erasmus+ brings together seven existing EU programmes in the fields of Education, Training, and Youth; it will for the first time provide support for Sport. As an integrated programme, Erasmus+ offers more opportunities for cooperation across the Education, Training, Youth, and Sport sectors and is easier to access than its predecessors, with simplified funding rules. The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is responsible for the management of certain parts of the EU's funding programmes in the fields of education, culture, audiovisual, sport, citizenship and volunteering. EACEA is entrusted with the implementation of programmes and activities on behalf of the European Commission. Erasmus+ programme is executed in the programme countries via the related national agency. Turkish National Agnecy is the institution that performs Erasmus + programme activities. What is Erasmus+ ?

Erasmus+ Programme Mobility Of Individuals action supports: Mobility of learners and staff: opportunities for students, trainees, young people and volunteers, as well as for professors, teachers, trainers, youth workers, staff of education institutions and civil society organisations to undertake a learning and/or professionalexperience in another country; Joint Master Degrees: high-level integrated international study programmes delivered by consortia of higher education institutionsthat award full degree scholarships to the best master students worldwide; Master Student Loan Guarantee:higher education students can get a loan backed up by the Programme to go abroad for a full Master Degree. Total Internship Period: 593 months Total Number of Interns: 198 Students (3 Months/Intern ) Minimum and Maximum Internship Period: From 2 to 12 months Project Budget: € 351,150.00 296,550.00 Euro for the grants to be paid to interns, 54,600.00 Euro for the management costs to be paid to the Coordinator YİTAK Consortium by The Numbers

13. Zero Financial Burden to the Host Organizations The host organization has NO financial liability. The students will receive monthly grant (circa 500 Euro/month) from our consortium. The health insurance and liability insurance is the Interns’ responsibility. Transportation and accommodation is Interns’ responsibility (Though it is appreciated if the host organization help advising the intern)

14. Candidate Intern Selection Each partner, will receive the application of the students and will select the best students as per the GPA Averages and Language Abilities of the students. The selection process of the interns shall be conduct in a fair and transparent way as it is underlined by Turkish National Agency Each partner, shall provide all kinds of consultacy services to its own students.

15. Firm Selection By The Intern A pool of host organizations and positions offered shall be formed. The students shall be able to select the host organization according to their peferences. Students shall select 4 countries that is part of the program. Later, they shall select the Host Organization that they wish to be placed. Upon approval of the host organization the matching between the candidate and the host organization process shall be completed.

16. Should more than one student apply for a position offered by Host Organization; Best matching student for the position shall be selected by Experts hired from an HR company. HR Company shall inform the partners and the coordinator about the matching criteria. Only after the approval from all parties the palcement shall be realized. Besides, all the documentation process shall be conducted by the same HR company HR company shall conduct all activities under the supervision and mangement of the coordinator of the consortium. 17. Host organization should provide ATO (Ankara Chamber of Commerce) the necessary conditions for candidate profile (Age, gender, school department, expertise, driving license if needed) A through screen process shall start in the candidate interns’ CV database Matching student profiles shall be submitted to the host organization At this point, host organization shall conduct its own assessment process (e.g. interview with the candidate, cover/motivation letter etc.) Should there be no fitting match the host organization is NOT obliged to accept the application of the candidate If there is a match, the host organization shall inform ATO immediately about the acceptance. 18. Host organization is expected to provide necessary documents for visa processes. (However, the costs arising from the application will be covered by the intern.) Host organization needs to fill the first 4 page and sign EU Commission’s Learning Agreement (you can find it attached) Host organization needs to carry out weekly and monthly evaluation and monitoring reports (request of EU Commission’s Learning Agreement) Host organization should stay in close contact with ATO (Ankara Chamber of Commerce)and report any kind of abuse, misbehavior or termination of internship.
