5 Taking for column encroaching upon an existing building. Enclosed trash bid area need to be relocated. Column placement and/or construction impeding driveway.

6 Taking encroaches into a portion of the building. The building currently contains an owner-occupied Hardwood flood manufacturer. 1/3 of parking and yard area is being acquired as well. Parking encroaches into City right-of-way

7 Column in landscaped area Building has known structural defects that may be exacerbated by column construction

8 Partial taking for station columns may require complete demolition of the entire building.

9 Partial take resulting in cut and refacing building Loss of parking. Second floor stairs needs to be moved and rebuilt.

10 Partial take resulting loss of service lane. Renders current pump configuration inoperable.

11 Intended partial take results in loss of all parking. Full take may be warranted.

12 Partial strip take requires relocation of fire suppression fixtures. Fire exits may require relocation.
