5. Taking for column encroaching upon an existing building. Enclosed trash bid area need to be relocated. Column placement and/or construction impeding driveway.

6. Taking encroaches into a portion of the building. The building currently contains an owner-occupied Hardwood flood manufacturer. 1/3 of parking and yard area is being acquired as well. Parking encroaches into City right-of-way

8. Partial taking for station columns may require complete demolition of the entire building.
