15. Public Health Role Summarized Identify and work with one 3 rd -5 th elementary school. Form an I-Walk coalition or work with an existing coalition to add I- Walk project (meet monthly). Recruit parents/students to complete on-line survey (by end of Sept). Coordinate Teacher Tally and enter results on line (last wk Sept). Attend, facilitate and recruit volunteers for GPS Walkability Assessment (late Sept/Oct). Provide compensation to schools for parent/child survey. Promote attendance at community presentation (May/June). Complete an on-line monitoring survey (every month). Provide feedback on program, training, support materials.
