The development of the Sustainability and Health Scenario Teaching Pack is evidenced based and has been shown to offer students and staff the opportunity to raise awareness about resource depletion and the cost of waste. This has enabled mitigation and adaptation strategies to be developed which directly address the identification of alternative materials, more sustainable ways of working and how to reduce costs through the effective management of waste.
