12 www.ada.gv.at Enhancing Aid Effectiveness (2) Participation in and support of operational networks and forums: OECD-DAC, energy (EUEI, FEMA, ESMAP), Train4Dev, EUNIDA, research networks, NGO-cooperation (DECIM, Like Minded Group) Private sector and development: Donor Committee for enterprise Development) the Practitioners’ Network for European Development Cooperation: is an informal and open platform for European donor agencies and administrations directly involved in implementing development cooperation in the field. The goal is to harmonise, better coordinate and to be more complementary among donors, including those from new EU MS. office sharing: maintaining existing ones and identifying for potential new possibilities to share facilities
