Bragg because local governments refused to endorse the JLUS æworking with conservation partners to secure APZ land northeast of Seymour-Johnson AFB in Goldsboro/Wayne County  Department of Transportation ælarge parcel acquisition to enhance RCW habitat near Ft. Bragg using wetlands mitigation funds
