4 Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. (John 1:12-13)

5 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kind- ness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (Gal. 5:22-23)

6 GENTLENESS Behaving with forbearance, tenderness, patience, and humility from a position of immense strength. A gentle Giant. Motive is submission to God’s will and love. The capacity to avoid quarrels that don’t merit a potent response.

7 Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted. 2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. (Galatians 6:1-2)
