4 Construction Substructure – Bored pile foundations. – 2 level Basement formed in sheet pile retaining structure. – Insitu concrete columns and floors up to level 1. Superstructure – 5 cores provide lateral support to structure formed in reinforced concrete constructed using slip & step form methods. – Post tensioned concrete floor slabs used for level 1 and above. – Insitu concrete circular columns self finished within office areas. – Structural steelwork used to form certain minor structural elements.
