3 Do all your goals seem unreachable ?

4 You just don‘t want to get up..

5 ..because you are anxious and frustrated?

6 Have you put on a bit of weight recently?

7 Or can you just not get your hair to sit right?

8 Perhaps you‘ve found a few more wrinkles!

9 Do you really feel a bit unattractive?

10 Or is your boss getting on your nerves..

11 ..and would like to turn you into a poor, subservient thing?!

12 Don‘t become bitter and cynical!

13 First go for a walk to clear your head!

14 And then stand up and fight back!

15 Life is too beautiful to be frustrated about it!

16 So be proud of yourself!

17 And never forget how to laugh about yourself!

18 Sing with some friends!

19 Go on and hug each other!

20 Look at each other tenderly eye to eye..

21 ..and whisper sweet nothings in their ear!

22 So: Set yourself goals! And don‘t be afraid to want to have more than you can achieve!

23 Who knows! Maybe you‘ll become incredibly rich!

24 Or a great soccer star?

25 So: KEEP YOUR HEAD HIGH & BE HAPPY!!
