– Exit at Bolsa Chica Road at 22 Fwy junction
– Southbound is only option at exit
– Proceed approximately 2.5 miles South on Bolsa Chica
– Turn Left at Bolsa Ave.
– Turn Left at the next traffic light 0.3 miles (no street name and you cannot turn right)
– Turn right or left into the parking lots near Bldg. 28 and Bldg. 28 Theater
