8. FoodBev Funded Project “Snowflake Bake For Profit” “In July 2004 I started at Snowflake Bake for Profit at the Umuzi Training Centre, in KwaMakutha and Tholi Mlaba is my trainer. I sell muffins, queen cakes and scones to taxi drivers and the community. My husband sells my products for me at the taxi rank. He works from 6am to 6pm.
