2  Most Spanish students have milk or juice and toasts for breakfast.  Their favourite breakfast consists of milk, juice, milkshake and bread or toasts  They hardly ever come to school without having breakfast and they don’t like eggs or ham or fruit in their breakfast.  Spanish students occasionally have sweet food or cornflakes for breakfast BREAKFAST

3  In Spain we have two main meals: lunch and dinner  Our students prefer traditional hot meals like stews (lentils, chick peas etc.), pasta, fish and meat.  They don’t have much fruit, salad or vegetables as such in their main courses, though hot meals often contain vegetables.  As a negative point we can say that most Spanish students drink more soft drinks than water.  Our students have too many candies and crisps for their afternoon snacks. MAIN COURSES

4  Regarding the time our students spend on computer, TV, homework and reading, 62% is used on computer and TV.  Only one third of their time is spent on homework or studying.  As a very negative point we have to say that our students “do not read” ACTIVITIES  As regards other free time activities, our students prefer in the first place sports, then being with friends and finally listening to music.

5  Our students sleep around 7,9 h a day  Nearly 60% of our students walk to school and almost 40 % come by car. BEDTIME and SCHOOL TRANSPORT
