4 Corporate Culture Corporate Culture Norms/Values implement in the corporation and show with the attitude for the corporation Sometimes, the content of norms is bad. Such as telling to the employee that the corporation has to success with a lot of profit. But the norms didn’t say how to reach for that.

5 Peter F.Drucker Peter F.Drucker He said that the corporation has a wrong view about profit. The corporation look at the profit as a dominance goal and the corporation has to reach that, include breaking the law. But, the truth, the corporation has to look at the profit as a continuing life of the corporation. Then, the goal of corporation make a loyal consumer to use their product.

Rational Model The corporation has the rational goal that is a lot of profit, and reach for that the corporation often permits all the ways such as breaking the law. 7  Organics model The corporation has two relation environment in their activity. The first, the economic environment is meaning as the competition with the others corporation (IPR Crime), The Second, Politic Environment is meaning how the corporation influence the policy of government to make rule for the activity the corporation. 8 Steven Box Steven Box He said that 5 problems can stimulate the corporation to do a crime a. Competition The corporation look at the others corporation as enemy, so the enemy should be conquered. Then, The Corporation become a winner in the competition. The Corporation reach that with many ways include breaking the law. Example : Doing the crime relate with IPR

9 Consumer Consumer The consumers always want to get a product along the price is very cheap but a high quality  Employee The Employee often has a demand to the corporation that the corporation paid them with high salary, healthy contribution,etc

10 Government Government The Regulations from the government sometimes make the limitation in activity of the corporation, and the limitation can decrease the profit of corporation  The Public The Public has a demand about the clean or green environment.
