Matthew 28:1-10 After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. 2 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. 3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. 4 The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.

6. Do Not Fear God shows up, don’t understand, fear comes Resurrection addresses our fears You need not fear death any longer Circumstances of life don’t turn out, we tend to fear God is with us Isaiah 41:10 Take your fears to the tomb Recognize He has conquered them already

7. He’s Not Here God delivered on His promise Resurrection gives us confidence we can approach God Death no longer has a hold on us Reflect on fact that He walks with me and talks with me every day

8. Come & See, Go & Tell Come closer for a look Gospel requires that we press in to see Him Embrace who He is and what He’s done Must examine, then accept You can’t keep this to yourself Have you seen Him? Who will you go and tell?
