In force: Labelling: REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on food additives. (Annex V list of colours with special labeling: name or E number of the colour(s)’: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.) Application: Directive 94/36/EC of 30 June 1994 on colours for use in foodstuffs. Purity :COMMISSION DIRECTIVE 2008/128/EC of 22 December 2008 laying down specific purity criteria concerning colours for use in foodstuffs.
