5 Yearly Attendance Rate Formula for yearly attendance rate: Total # of days attended ÷ Total # of days enrolled X 100 = yearly attendance rate %

6 Impact Data and Goals Impact Data – what data indicates that an activity or process needs to be improved – in other words, what data can back up what you think or feel needs to change/improve Goals – what data proves your activity or process was a benefit; by how much do you predict improvement of the data

8 Counselor Evaluation Rubric (Reminder) Held meeting at Tulsa Technology Center, Health Sciences Center on November 28 All tech center districts involved in Tulsa TLE were invited to send 1-2 counselor representatives 26 out of the 28 technology center districts sent representatives Gene Kleindienst facilitated the discussion and did an excellent job
